Lead Wrangler Beta Program Terms of Service
Welcome to the Lead Wrangler Beta Program! By participating in this beta program (the "Program"), you (the "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

Lead Wrangler is a software solution designed to help businesses efficiently manage and track leads. As a participant in our Beta Program, you will have early access to Lead Wrangler at no cost. Your use of the software during this beta phase is subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Beta Phase Duration and Transition to Paid Service

The Beta Program is offered for a limited time and is currently provided free of charge. We will notify you with reasonable lead time before transitioning the Beta Program to a paid service. Details regarding the cost and subscription plans will be provided at that time. Your continued use of Lead Wrangler after the transition to a paid service will be subject to our then-current subscription terms and fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a participant in the Beta Program, you agree to:

Utilize the Lead Wrangler system as intended, including managing all incoming leads, assigning value to leads, and marking them as won or lost.
Allow employees of Ramblin Jackson to monitor leads and audit your team's use of the software. This is solely for the purpose of testing, improving the software, and understanding user interaction.
4. Beta Software Nature

You acknowledge that the Beta Program software is a beta release offering and is not at the level of performance or compatibility of a final, generally available product offering. The software may contain errors, bugs, or other issues. Your use of the software is at your own risk.

5. Feedback

Your feedback is crucial to us. As part of the Beta Program, you agree to provide feedback on your use of Lead Wrangler. Please submit all feedback through the Beta feedback form located at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar in the Lead Wrangler interface. Your insights will play a significant role in the development and improvement of the software.

6. No Warranty

The Lead Wrangler Beta Program is provided "as-is," without any warranty whatsoever. Ramblin Jackson disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the beta software, its use, or any aspect of the Beta Program.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramblin Jackson shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Beta Program.

8. Termination

Ramblin Jackson reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Beta Program at any time. Ramblin Jackson will take all reasonable measures to notify you should this happen and help transition out of the system. Upon termination of the Beta Program, access to the software will be removed.

9. Agreement to Terms

By using Lead Wrangler, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the software.
