  1. Year to Date Revenue/ Sales
  2. Year to Date Net Profit
  3. Growth Rate Compared to Last Year [New Sales] - [Old Sales]/[Old Sales]

Now that you have a clear picture of your sales, profit, and growth of the previous year, here are a few questions ask yourself:

  • Are you on track?
  • If no, is it a sales problem? Is it lead generation and marketing problem?
