As an Account Coordinator at Ramblin Jackson, you play a pivotal role in driving the ongoing success of our clients' businesses. Your responsibilities encompass managing crucial account deliverables, meticulously coordinating timelines, and fostering seamless collaboration among team members. Your leadership ensures that our clients' website maintenance and monthly marketing efforts are executed flawlessly, consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Your role is pivotal in shaping the success stories of our clients, contributing to the growth of their online presence, and strengthening their position within the industry.

Compensation
This is a full-time employee position that pays a base salary of between $45 and $55K/year and has regular bonus opportunities. Base salary is negotiable based on experience. You’ll also have the opportunity for advancement, to develop into a Lead Account Coordinator, or Account Manager, & beyond!
The Account Coordinator is Responsible For The Following Key Accountabilities
- Quality control of deliverables
- Responsible for quality control and final review of Growth Plan deliverables and holding team members accountable if deliverables are not up to RJ quality standards. This includes:
- Reading, proofing, and copyediting web copy.
- Reviewing web pages for visual appeal and functionality
- Reviewing other deliverables
- Troubleshoot website development and/or local SEO issues with the team
- Coordinate data collection and create reports for Account Managers to use with Clients. This includes:
- SEO Reports
- Website security reports
- Additional requested research
- Responsible for quality control and final review of Growth Plan deliverables and holding team members accountable if deliverables are not up to RJ quality standards. This includes:
- Hold Ramblers accountable for on-time, on-budget, and quality work
- Lead team members to ensure ongoing deliverables are consistently met on time and on budget by interpreting meeting notes into tasks and maintaining meticulous organization of accounts.
- Effective communicator between Ramblers through problem-solving
- Reports directly to the Account Managers and Executive Team to ensure that there is excellent communication between them and the other Ramblers.
Responsibilities
Account Coordinators are responsible for the ongoing success of our accounts. This includes managing account deliverables, quality checks, timelines, and team members for our Clients’ website maintenance and monthly marketing.
- Lead your team to ensure deliverables are consistently met on time and on budget
- Foster excellent communication between team members
- Interpret meeting notes into tasks, then schedule and coordinate tasks across the team
- Read, review, and quality check web content including necessary copy editing
- Maintain a clear focus on account milestones and hold your team members accountable
- Troubleshoot website development and/or local SEO issues with the team
- Coordinate data collection and create reports for Account Managers to use with Clients
- Provide final review and quality control of Client deliverables
- Report directly to the Executive Team and Account Managers
Required Technical Skills
- 1+ years experience with SEO
- 1+ years experience with Asana and G Suite products
- 2+ years WordPress experience
- Experience with Genesis and Beaver Builder a plus
- 1+ years copywriting and copyediting skills

Other Expectations
Because this is a virtual position, having strong on-camera video presentation is essential to establish trust and credibility. While this is a work-from-home position, we expect you will dress (for video meetings) as if you were meeting a high-end client in person.
- A Meeting Room - Must have a presentable home office so that they look Professional in Video Conferences. A Meeting Room should be a neatly organized room without a lot of backlight, clutter, or things that would distract from the sale. Ramblin Jackson will provide a webcam, lighting, curtains, and other audio/video equipment as needed.
- Professional Wardrobe and Appearance - The Account Coordinator must present him or herself accordingly with business casual attire while attending video conferences, in-person meetings, or events with clients.
