At Ramblin Jackson, we start every project with client strategy. The Client, as a landscaping expert, brings knowledge in areas like horticulture, construction, or irrigation. AI can help write and refine content, but human insight is critical. We even have an internal AI system, created by Jessica, that assists in marketing for our clients. But at the end of the day, humans are irreplaceable in this process.

AI is a great tool, but it’s essential to use it wisely. Google has guidelines emphasizing E-A-T: Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness. These principles guide our content creation process. Google employs real people as search raters who evaluate the quality of online content, so ensuring that the content we produce is genuine, authoritative, and trustworthy is crucial. The key is balancing AI with human expertise to build a successful marketing strategy that resonates with our Clients audience and complies with search engine guidelines.

  • Capturing Information

    We use AI Notetakers like fireflies.ai during our meetings to take notes, transcribe, and create summaries.

  • Capturing Your Brand Voice

    We capture how you talk about your business, through our questionnaires, strategy sessions and conversations, which helps create brand voice for web copy.

  • Consistency

    We review and look at previously approved content to ensure consistency.

  • AI For the Assist

    We THEN use AI as a step in the process to help compile all the necessary information to create a first draft.
    This is where the benefits come in having a properly trained AI tool to help us draft excellent content, that is able to compile vast amounts of information, knows geographical locations, and draft FAST.

  • The Human Touch

    We further refine, edit and verify information making sure it emphasizes Expertise, Authority, and Trustworthiness (E-A-T), is properly optimized for SEO and is written to attract our Client’s Hell Yes Customers.

History of Transcripts And AI at Ramblin Jackson

Ramblin Jackson has been recording calls and meetings since we started using HubSpot in 2012. Around 2017, we began using Zoom for Client Meetings including recordings. We would then transcribe those recordings with Rev.com and Temi.com. These transcriptions would then be used later for strategy in content creation, whether it be for web copy, an offer, social media, video scripts or other marketing content.

In 2024 we started using fireflies.ai as it offers an amazing suite of tools including transcription, instant soundbite editing, AI summaries, third-party integrations, and so much more.
