Ramblin Jackson, a digital marketing + video production agency in Boulder, is looking to hire a Junior B2B Sales Representative to help facilitate and develop relationships with our clients. Our ideal candidate has some sales experience with digital marketing, SEO, WordPress, and video and loves helping small businesses with their marketing.

Compensation
This is a full-time employee position that pays a base salary, commission for new sales, and commission for managing existing accounts. Long-term residual commissions for recurring revenue products. Expected first year total compensation of $50,000 to $65,000, more for extremely effective, driven sales people. Third year on target comp $100k+ when you have a sincere drive and desire to develop this income.

Scope of Duties
Sales Account Managers own the relationship with clients and are accountable for the fulfillment of various aspects of projects including:
- Interviewing and selling to new clients,
- Helping small businesses create their marketing strategies, and offering them proposals for WordPress web design, SEO, online advertising, video production, and other marketing services,
- Being the main point of contact / liaison between Ramblin Jackson and the Client,
- Maintaining the relationship with clients after projects are finished,
- Fostering long-term relationships, pursuing upsells and cross sells.
