Sales & Marketing Manager
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth through marketing and sales campaigns. Working directly with the CEO, who creates macro content (books, podcasts, newsletters, long-form video, in-person events), the Sales & Marketing Manager helps identify, manage, and post microcontent (emails, newsletters, articles, social media posts, etc.). The Sales & Marketing Manager is the glue between the sales team and the marketing team, making sure that all messaging, campaigns, and content is aligned with the purpose of attracting and serving new (and existing) Ramblin Jackson clients.

Compensation
This is a full-time employee position at 40 hours per week and a $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary, plus bonus opportunities!

The Sales & Marketing Manager is Responsible For The Following Key Accountabilities
The Sales & Marketing Manager will work with the digital marketing team in the following areas:
Sales Management
- Provide all-around support to the sales team, enabling their success in serving clients from the snow and landscape industry
- Drive sales team performance by actively collaborating with them to achieve sales goals and targets
- Ensure marketing plans align with the overall scope and objectives, maximizing the effectiveness of annual marketing plans
- Own the weekly pipeline meetings, providing leadership and problem-solving expertise to keep the pipeline flowing smoothly and eliminate bottlenecks
Marketing Management
- Manage multiple on-going marketing initiatives, encompassing podcasts, newsletters, direct mail, email campaigns, social media, and videos, to drive agency growth
- Ensure a seamless and powerful message resonates across all marketing endeavors, aligning with the objectives of our sales team
- Skillfully repurpose content for optimal utilization across social media platforms, the sales team, and various other channels
- Lead and manage a team of professionals and vendors to ensure timely delivery of weekly podcasts and monthly marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and coordinate educational events such as webinars and virtual summits throughout the year
- Help manage strategic partnerships for our events, enhancing their impact and success
Reporting and Commissions Tracking
- Oversee commission calculations and tracking to guarantee accuracy and motivate the sales team
- Track and analyze marketing campaigns to enable data-driven decision making and help optimize our strategies
- Collaborating with the leadership team to continuously improve conversion rates, leveraging marketing insights and new approaches to increase results
Required Technical Skills
- Proven Project Management skills in digital marketing
- 2+ years experience working in digital marketing
- Experience building landing page funnels including engaging content, forms, thank you pages, and email follow up
- 2+ years experience with social media campaigns
- 2+ years experience with Marketing & Sales systems
- HubSpot
- ActiveCampaign

- 1+ years experience with Asana or other Project Management type software (Monday, Jira, Basecamp, Wrike, etc…)
- 2+ years experience with Google Workspace products
- Experience working with WordPress websites
- Experience with AI solutions
- Experience managing team member
- Experience with SEO is a plus

Other Requirements
Because this is a virtual position, having a strong on-camera video presence is essential to establish trust and credibility. While this is a work-from-home position, we expect you will dress (for video meetings) as if you were meeting a high-end client in person.
- A Meeting Room - Must have a presentable home office that looks Professional in Video Conferences. A Meeting Room should be a neatly organized room without a lot of backlight, clutter, or things that would distract from the sale. Ramblin Jackson will provide a webcam, lighting, backdrops, and other audio/video equipment as needed.
- Professional Wardrobe and Appearance - The Sales & Marketing Manager must present him/herself accordingly with business casual attire while attending video conferences, in-person meetings, or events with clients.
