Once we realized that and, and built the new site, more than one of our hires, since then has said, ‘I looked at your your website, and everything looked great.’
We have links on there where you can fill out an application and you can email it to the proper person. When you click on our careers page, it shows a picture of our team and the positions that are available.
Then they read, oh, I've gotta be able to lift 50 pounds. I've got to work out in the sun and might not be a good fit. That person doesn't call us. Wonderful! I didn't have to interview that person! We put that information out there, what we're looking for very specifically. If it doesn't fit, then Hey, um, you know, move along. If it does, great! Give us a call.”
