Ramblin Jackson is a 100% virtual digital agency focused on serving the landscape industry (think landscape designers, lawn care, tree service, and garden centers) through web design, local SEO, and marketing. Following our Proven Process, we have over 100 clients throughout the United States, over 12 years of proven track record (Google us and read our reviews), and are on track to become a $10,000,000 organization as part of our 10-Year Vision.
We wrote the book on digital marketing for local business -- literally. And it was a bestseller! Now we need a rockstar Marketing Coordinator who can consistently publish Ramblin Jackson content on time, week after week. We need someone who respects small businesses -- especially landscapers and contractors -- who is excellent at time management, responsible enough to work remotely, and loves marketing. Is this you?
This role is crucial for ensuring the timely delivery of our marketing initiatives, including podcasts, social media content, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, an eye for detail, and a knack for managing multiple projects efficiently. This candidate will directly report to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
This is a part-time contract position, with flexibility and the opportunity to grow into a full time employee role.

- You Struggle with Multitasking: The ability to juggle various tasks and priorities is crucial. If multitasking and prioritizing work schedules overwhelm you, this position may prove challenging.
- You Lack Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail are non-negotiable. If you tend to overlook the small things, this role could lead to frustration on both ends.
- You're Not a Team Player: Collaboration and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback are key. If you prefer working solo or struggle with teamwork, this role might not suit you.
- You Shy Away from Technology: A significant part of this job involves using digital tools and platforms like Asana, G Suite, WordPress, and ActiveCampaign. If you're not tech-savvy or resistant to learning new software, this job may not be a good fit.
- You're Not Interested in Continuous Learning: The digital marketing field is always evolving. If you're not interested in staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and strategies, this position might not align with your career goals.
