Typical Timeline for a Project with Ramblin Jackson

Below is an outline of what you can expect in working with Ramblin Jackson on your new website. This is a typical timeline in what is done over the course of 4-6 months together.
Ongoing
Assignments - 60-90 minutes (each week)
Your Project Manager will send you assignments each week to complete, they may include things like providing logins, supplying photos, and reviewing designs, web copy and other items we create for you.
Check-in Calls - 30 minutes (each week)
Each week you and your Project Manager will have a phone call, sometimes a Zoom meeting, to review any assignments we have for you, any deliverables ready for your review and general discussion about your project and timeline.
Month 1
Project Kickoff Part 1 - 120 minutes
You will join your Landscape Marketing Strategist and Project Manager via Zoom to discuss and work through with you the strategy behind your business, sales process, uniques and hell yes customers.
Project Kickoff Part 2 - 90 minutes (within a week of Part 1)
This will be more of a logistics meeting where you and your Project Manager will meet via Zoom to review your services, service area, directory information, logins, the RJ process, timeline and schedule next steps.
Sitemap & Keyword Matchup Meeting - 60-90 minutes (within 2 weeks of PKO Part 1)
Your Project Manager and SEO Specialist will review the recommended pages for your website along with how the keyword research we’ve done helped us match up the proper keywords for each page of web copy we’ll be writing for you.
Wireframe Review - 30-60 minutes
You and your Project Manager will meet via Zoom to review at least the initial versions of the web design wireframes. In this meeting we will review your thoughts, feedback and compile a list of edits needed to be made to the wireframes.
Month 2
Web Design Review - 30-60 minutes (each week)
You and your Project Manager will meet via Zoom to review at least the initial versions of the web design mockups. In these meetings we will review your thoughts, feedback and compile a list of edits needed to be made to the designs.
Web Copy Review - 30-60 minutes (each week)
Your Project Manager will send you web copy for your review over the course of a few weeks. You can expect to spend at least 30 minutes each week reviewing the copy sent to you.
Month 3
Web Design Review - 30-60 minutes (each week)
You and your Project Manager will meet via Zoom to review at least the initial versions of the web design mockups. In these meetings we will review your thoughts, feedback and compile a list of edits needed to be made to the designs.
Web Copy Review - 30-60 minutes (each week)
Your Project Manager will send you web copy for your review over the course of a few weeks. You can expect to spend at least 30 minutes each week reviewing the copy sent to you.
Month 4
Ramblin Review Setup -
Your Project Manager will set up your Ramblin Reviews account and work with you to determine who to send out review requests to.
Process Graphic Review - 30-60 minutes
Your Project Manager will work with you and our Graphic Designer to create a graphic to display your sales process. You'll meet with your Project Manager frequently to discuss your likes/dislikes and review the designs created for you.
Month 5
Initial Web Development Review - 30-60 minutes
This is where you will see how the web design (if applicable), photos and web copy come together. You and your Project Manager will meet via Zoom to review the initial build out of your website, discuss your thoughts, feedback and compile a list of edits needed to be made to the site.
Months 6-7
Full Web Development Review - 60-90 minutes
You and your Project Manager will meet via Zoom to review the full site build out, discuss your thoughts, feedback and compile a list of edits needed to be made to the site.
Website Launch
Now that the development of your website is complete, it's time to make it live! We'll launch your new website on your domain and start bringing in those leads.
WordPress Training - 90 minutes
Shortly after your website goes live, You (and anyone in your office who wants to edit the site) and your Project Manager will meet via Zoom and review how to edit things on the site. This is a training session where your Project Manager will walk you through the back end of the site and specifics on where to edit almost everything on your site. This session will be recorded and shared with you for future reference.
Growth Plan Kickoff Meeting - 90 minutes
After your website goes live you will meet via Zoom with your Project Manager. In this meeting you will get to meet your Accounts Team and we will recap your project, review some reports, and discuss next steps.
When To Expect Results
Results don't happen overnight. You may see results from any directory work we do, on things like your Google My Business listing well before the launch of your website. After your website launches it will take some time to see a dramatic increase in search rankings and traffic. While we are not able to guarantee results in a set period of time, typically 3 to 6 months after launch is when we really start to see some more significant improvements.
